The Associate Desktop Support Technician provides IT assistance to all end-users, including the installation, upgrade and troubleshooting of all hardware and software systems.
Friendly, customer-first demeanor with eagerness to assist others
Responsible, reliable, and accountable.
Basic to intermediate computer knowledge with the strong desire to learn! Respond to service requests via the help desk ticketing system, telephone calls, email, and internal customer requests for technical support Follow specific technical procedures including imaging, drive mapping, software installations, hardware upgrades, etc. Install monitors, docking stations, and various external peripherals
Provide meeting support (audio/video, Zoom/WebEx) Skills you will need here:
Must have at least 0-2 years experience in IT with proven experience in customer support Clear verbal and written communication skills; ability to explain solutions in technical and non-technical terms.
Flexibility to work non-standard hours as needed Highly accountable with good time management and the ability to work with geographically dispersed teams.
Eagerness to learn and takes initiative in self-improvement and growth (training, selfmotivated)
Ability to lift 40lbs (~13.5kg)

The full base pay range has been provided for this position. Individual base pay will vary based on work schedule, qualifications, experience, internal equity, and geographic location. Sales roles often incorporate a significant incentive compensation program beyond this base pay range.
