End User Computing Support Administrator – On-site – Denver, Colorado

In this on-site desktop support role, you will provide crucial end-user support troubleshooting, diagnosing, and resolving software, hardware, and mobile device issues.
Role Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve software, hardware, and mobile device issues.
- Supporting corporate campus, remote office, and work from home users.
- Reimaging computers and laptops, configuring new users, troubleshooting printer issues, and peripherals, and resolving problems with software.
- Provide support for Microsoft 365, Windows 10, macOS, and mobile devices, along with hardware and peripherals, and assist with inventory tracking.
- Collaborate with other IT business units to resolve issues, including the Helpdesk, IT Security, and Networking teams.
- Provide AV support, including Microsoft Teams and Zoom, and all AV related hardware and software.
Role Requirements
- IT / Technology interest and background and a skilled problem solver.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- High School diploma or equivalent is required.
- Bachelor’s degree in technical discipline and or education or equivalent experience is preferred.
- Ideally, experience supporting technology hardware such as laptops, iPads, mobile devices, peripherals and in MacOS and mobile device support.
- Experience in Microsoft Office 365 and Microsoft Windows.
- Active Directory experience is advantageous, but not required.
- 1 year of IT-related experience is a plus. May include helpdesk or desktop support.

Salary
The annual gross base salary range is $54,875 -$80,000 per year, which includes a base salary and short-term that align with individual and company performance. Actual salaries will vary based on candidates' qualifications, skills, and competencies.
