We are looking for a full-time, days Materials Tech II to join our Immediate Central Supply Team in Cushing, OK.

Responsibilities
- Working with the procedural area and Materials Tech II to ensure all bill only/goods used tickets are processed timely and accurately in Lawson.
- Processes orders for non-inventory specialty implants.
- Runs daily reports for implant utilization of consigned inventory and processes the replenishment of product to ensure accurate par levels, where applicable.
- Effectively works with corporate for item add/activations, contract issues, and Epic item integrity for bill only’s.
- Works to resolve pricing discrepancies or agreement mismatches with vendor representatives and corporate contract team.
- Performs weekly review of item coding to ensure accurate GL detail.
- Actively participates in meeting and/or exceeding departmental and individual goals.
- Monitors and tracks clinical staff to adhere to materials management policies regarding proper utilization of approved supplies, the inventory system, and the accuracy of products used.
- Works effectively and productively with purchasing.
- Works closely with charge capture to reconcile billing issues tied to supply discrepancies.
- Manages time to ensure timelines are met.
- Maintains a highly organized work environment that allows collaboration and sustainability of processes with other Materials Tech II’s.
- Takes ownership of assignments; other duties as assigned or requested.
- Communicates and listens effectively with internal and external customers; effectively understands instructions and shares knowledge. Works as a liaison for procedural area staff, directors/managers, physicians, and vendor reps to facilitate flow of information and follow through of tasks.
Qualifications
- High School diploma or GED equivalent
- Two (2) years of related experience of which one (1) year must have been in Materials Management or Clinical Area.
- ERP system, such as Lawson, experience preferred
- Ability to maintain a highly organized workplace setting
- Knowledge of Epic EHR system
- Understanding of operating room products and their uses preferred
- Knowledge of PO pricing and GL interaction
- Computer literacy to include MS Office (Word, Outlook, and Excel)
- Ability to analyze and interpret data
- Excellent communication and problem solving skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities, projects, and tasks
