WHO YOU ARE AND WHAT YOU HAVE
- 3-6 years of OOH experience within an advertising or media agency
- Proven track record of success for strategic planning, buying, and execution of OOH plans and campaigns
- Natural ability to be client-facing including email, media presentations, and in-person meetings
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Strong negotiation skills and knowledge of markets, inventory, and OOH sellers
- Experience in buying and activating OOH directly and programmatically
- A deep understanding of OOH production (creative QA, proofing, material overage, managing shipments, etc)
- Proficiency with Microsoft Desktop software and Google Drive programs, specifically: Word/Docs, Excel/Sheets, and PowerPoint/Slides
- Proficiency in specific OOH tools and programs like AdQuick and Geopath
- The ability to think outside the box, use problem-solving, and often be the final decision maker
- Self-motivated with strong organizational skills, analytical strength, interpersonal skills, and attention to detail
- Ability to juggle multiple tasks, campaigns, and clients in fast paced environment
- Experience managing and developing a team a plus
WHAT YOU’LL DO
OOH Strategy
- Work with the Director of Direct Channels to build strategies and approaches for OOH campaigns based off client briefs. Determine factors like buying method, markets, types of inventory, estimated budget needed, timing, and deadlines
OOH Planning/Buying
- Use tools like Geopath and Adquick to gain understanding of market landscapes and metrics. Send RFPs to relevant partners, review proposals, make recommendations on inventory, negotiate investments and packages, request holds, put together overall plans, create decks and visuals for clients, and manage feedback
OOH Activation
- Oversee the Associate Media Specialist who manages all OOH activation. Review contracts, manage creative assets, assist with production management, check posting instructions, ensure timely launches, oversee campaign maintenance, and collect reporting data for recapping
Relationship Management
- Work directly with clients, internal strategy and channel teams, internal leadership, OOH partners, OOH production, and creative teams on a daily basis

The base salary for this position is $75K - $80K.
This range is posted in compliance with state and municipal Pay Transparency laws. In addition to base compensation, this role is eligible to receive additional Known benefits.
