Responsibilities
- Develop monthly global digital content calendar of Creator “hero” videos, product tutorials, and case studies based on an understanding of the brand voice and strategy, business priorities and channel needs.
- Identify and partner seamlessly with Spotter Creator partners on delivering premium videos to showcase their partnership with our brand and products. Work cross-functionally with Creator Experience team to manage relationships with partners while delivering brand defining content.
- Define and manage content creation and curation plans with Creator and Product teams to meet measurable goals.
- Create briefs for global digital content needs for new launches, core hero product support and brand storytelling with a vision and understanding of how they will need to be edited for each channel.
- Drive and track execution of centralized global video asset needs and channel-specific edits that ladder up to 360 toolkits. Implement and oversee ongoing video asset management systems and processes.
- Analyze and report on video content performance across channels in partnership with marketing leads for ongoing learning.
- Identify best practices, trends and content ideas to drive performance on key digital, organic and paid social channels. Be on the pulse of Creator channel trends, new platforms and the overall industry landscape.
Who You Are
- Bachelor’s Degree
- 5-7 years of direct, hands-on experience in Content Marketing and Content Creation with Creative Partners
- Proven track record in leading content strategy and execution in digital, organic and paid media channels, with in-depth knowledge on formats and best practices.
- Demonstrated experience in amplifying partner content to elevate a brand mission and voice through digital content.
- Hands-on experience managing the end-to-end creative brief to execution process within 360 campaigns for new product launches and always-on evergreen brand activity
- Background working with and in support of YouTube Creators a plus. Experience with consumer SaaS social media management also a plus.

In compliance with local law, we are disclosing the compensation, or a range thereof, for roles that will be performed in Culver City. Actual salaries will vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. A reasonable estimate of the current pay range is: $100K-$500K salary per year. The range listed is just one component of Spotter’s total compensation package for employees. Other rewards may include an annual discretionary bonus and equity.
