Specific Responsibilities
Project Planning:
- Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
- Work closely with external retail key accounts, marketing, sales, IT, external partners and other relevant teams to ensure alignment and cooperation.
- Facilitate effective communication and collaboration among project team members.
Resource Management:
- Allocate and manage project resources efficiently.
- Coordinate with department heads to secure necessary personnel and equipment for project success.
Budget Management:
- Develop and manage project budgets, ensuring adherence to financial constraints.
- Monitor project expenses and report on budgetary performance.
Risk Management:
- Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies.
- Monitor and manage risks throughout the project lifecycle.
Vendor and Supplier Coordination:
- Liaise with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of products and services.
- Negotiate contracts and agreements with external partners.
Quality Assurance:
- Implement and monitor quality assurance processes to ensure deliverables meet established standards.
- Conduct regular reviews and audits to maintain project quality.
Timeline Adherence:
- Ensure projects are delivered on time and within scope.
- Monitor project progress and adjust as necessary to meet deadlines.
Stakeholder Communication:
- Provide regular project updates to stakeholders at various levels.
- Address concerns and issues promptly, maintaining transparent and open communication.
Post-Implementation Evaluation:
- Conduct post-implementation reviews to assess project success and identify areas for improvement.
- Capture and document lessons learned for future projects.

Skills/Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Project Management, or a related field preferred.
- PMP certification is a plus.
- Proven experience as a Project Manager, preferably in a retail environment.
- Strong understanding of retail operations and industry trends.
- Excellent project management, organizational, and leadership skills.
- Effective communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficient in project management tools and software.

The salary range for this position is $89,800 - $114,100. The specific salary offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors including the candidate’s experience, their education, and the work location. Available benefits include medical, dental, vision & 401k.
