Desired Qualifications & Experience
At a minimum the Job Holder should possess:
- Minimum 4-6 years directly relevant work experience required, plus a Bachelor’s degree in business or related area, or equivalent combination of training and experience, including:
- Min. 4 yrs. systems/technical management in a Development department;
- Min. 4 yrs. experience with a donor database with over 1,000,000 active records;
- Knowledge of fundraising databases, workflows, documentation, data integrity, quality control, financial controls, and audits.
- Demonstrated understanding of goals of various branches of Development with the ability to follow complex technical and business processes.
Travel Requirements
Travel is not required for this role.
Compensation
$88,822 - $111,027 (based upon experience)
