What You’ll Do:
- Support day to day execution for inbound and outbound logistics activities
- Works with 3PL partner teams to continuously improve customer experience, quality, and cost measures within the operations
- Owns netsuite administration for fulfillment and delivery
- Manage warehouse inventory and exceptions workflows
- Build strong relationships across departments
- Exemplify company values and build a strong culture across teams
Who You Are:
- 1-3 years Operations or Supply Chain experience
- Netsuite experience preferred
- Detail Oriented and able to be flexible and quickly adapt with changing priorities and schedules
- Excellent communicator in written and verbal form
- Strong analytical problem-solving skills
- Ability to remain calm under pressure with a get-it-done attitude. You roll up your sleeves to help with whatever is needed, particularly during peak holiday and promotional time periods.
- Desire to make a positive impact in the world and the day-to-day team culture.

Additional Details:
- This is a hybrid position, based 1-2x a week in our Dallas office and/or fulfillment center.
- Targeted compensation for this role is $55,000/year, dependent upon experience.
