Great product imagery and storytelling is the foundation for our brands, so we are seeking a Creative Coordinator to manage all the details of planning, producing, and organizing that content for our team.
You’ll report to the Senior Creative Producer and manage photoshoots across our family of brands – from assisting with the overall vision to scouting locations and managing contracts, logistics, and photo shoot inventory. You’ll own edit timelines, working closely with our E-commerce Team to organize, tag, and deliver imagery for the site on a consistent basis.
This position is required for onsite in Dallas, TX or Denver, CO. Hybrid schedule of 2 days in office per week.
What you’ll do:
- Work with Brand Marketing and Design/Development Teams to create detailed shot lists for every shoot (plan to manage at least 1 – 2 shoots a month from start to finish)
- Manage photoshoot pre-production, ensuring availability of samples and props, sourcing locations, managing movers, negotiating contracts, and coordinating travel for all teams
- Manage post-production timeline, communicating key delivery dates to relevant team members
- Manage edits and color-matching for all product imagery, working closely with the Design team to ensure accuracy and alignment with designs
- Prepare images for website, including cropping, sizing, and naming
- Oversee the organization, storage, and distribution of all creative assets, ensuring accessibility and consistency across all platforms
- Manage the timelines and approval process for 3D rendering platform, ensuring the Design team accurately provides product specifications and reviews details of 3D models
- On-set, ensure that every detail is flawlessly executed – from samples being steamed and photo-ready to having the right props and equipment on-hand to execute every single shot
- Maintain organization and tracking of Marketing’s styling closet as well as incoming photoshoot samples from Design
- Research new geographies and create detailed itineraries (including booking travel)
- Roll up your sleeves and fill in gaps when needed
Who you are:
- BA or higher degree with 2 years of experience managing photoshoots & digital assets
- Past projects with travel coordination, event management, and/or photo/video production
- Understanding of brand strategy and design/photography values
- Strong proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite
- Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to self-manage against tight timelines
- Previous experience with Asana, Google Docs, Dropbox, Brandfolder, and other project management tools is a plus
- Solutions-oriented, thoughtful and diligent - bonus points for a sense of humor

Additional Details:
- This is a full-time position located in Dallas, TX or Denver, CO. Must be willing to travel for photoshoots, installations, and other creative team needs.
- Targeted compensation range for this role: $50-65K
- Previous experience with Asana, Canva, Google Slides, Google Sheets, Dropbox, Brandfolder, and other project management tools is a plus
