What you will do:

Create and maintain 12-18 month statistical forecasts for a variety of apparel and hard goods

Evaluate input data and forecast output to ensure accuracy and appropriate context

Collaborate with sales, merchandising, marketing, finance, strategic planning, and supply chain teams to incorporate insights that transform the forecast into consensus demand plans

Facilitate the Demand Review process to share plans and make adjustments based on cross-functional feedback

Document and test forecast assumptions, searching for opportunities to improve accuracy

Perform gap analysis versus finance and sales plans; investigate differences and develop recommendations to align
-
Contribute to a variety of supply chain department projects as needed

Share expertise with other planners, fostering skill development and improving outcomes
What you bring:

Knowledge of consensus demand planning concepts and statistical models

Attention to detail and quality: rigorously check work for accuracy

Highly proficient in MS Excel

Aptitude to learn technical applications quickly. ERP and demand planning systems knowledge is a plus

Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex concepts and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization

Ability to build strong relationships and work effectively across diverse teams

Strong business acumen, customer-centric mindset, and a deep understanding of market dynamics

Resilience and adaptability to thrive in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment

What you need:

3+ years of experience in demand planning, working with a variety of products and distribution channels

Participation and contribution in S&OP and Demand Review processes

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to leverage data and insights to drive informed decision-making

Proven ability to navigate ambiguity, manage complexity, and lead change in a dynamic business environment

Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field such as Supply Chain, Business, Statistics, Economics, Engineering, Science, etc, highly preferred
