Responsibilities include:
- Efficiently manage and prioritize incoming emails, flagging essential emails for daily review and ensuring timely responses.
- Compile documents, prepare research, and record minutes for external meetings when necessary. Partner with the CEO to identify action items and ensure follow through.
- Handle daily administrative tasks including managing an active calendar, making and managing travel arrangements, and maintaining organized files.
- Compose business correspondence as requested, ensuring accuracy and an appropriate tone.
- Support logistics for team and executive events, ensuring seamless execution.
- Provide strategic administrative and project management support as needed.
- Provide periodic support for certain personal tasks for the CEO.
Recommended Experience
- 4+ years experience supporting C-level executives and/or in operational roles.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in email and calendar management tools.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and confidentiality.
- Proactive problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.

The base salary for this role is likely to fall between $70,000 - $100,000, commensurate with experience, and will include equity and a full range of benefits.
