As a Software Architect at Dialexa, you will play a key role in collaborating with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and clients to understand their requirements and transform them into scalable, secure software solutions. Qualifications and expectations for success:
- Deep technical expertise: You have over 10 years of experience building digital products, with a strong foundation in software engineering and a deep understanding of architectural principles, design patterns, distributed systems, and best practices. You are a polyglot engineer proficient in technologies such as containerization (Docker, Kubernetes), cloud-native services (AWS, Azure, GCP), message brokers (Kafka, RabbitMQ), API design (REST, GraphQL), databases (SQL, NoSQL), and more.
- Business understanding: You have a solid understanding of the business domain and customer needs, and can translate them into technical solutions. You have experience working closely with stakeholders and clients to gather requirements and ensure that technical solutions align with business objectives.
- Leadership and mentoring: You possess excellent leadership and mentoring skills, with a track record of guiding teams to deliver complex software systems. You can effectively communicate and articulate architectural decisions and technical concepts to team members and stakeholders, and foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and excellence.
- Strong communication: You possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, allowing you to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and clients. You can convey complex technical concepts in a clear and concise manner.

The actual salary offered will depend on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience, among other factors.
This position is bonus eligible; bonuses will be based on factors such as employee performance, company performance, and good standing within Dialexa.
