What You’ll Do:
- Assist with market research and competitive analysis to understand problem space for the clients, define potential measures for success, and propose potential experiments.
- Lead product workshops on consulting engagements to help Dialexa clients identify, build, and improve technology products that drive measurable business outcomes.
- Act as a liaison between the client, the product’s users and the delivery teams to ensure the team is aligned on the product’s vision, goals, and success metrics.
- Collaborate with clients to prioritize work, explain the balance between business value and technical capabilities, and enable trade-off decisions with data.
- Create and manage product roadmap and backlog including facilitation of refinement sessions.
- Help build Dialexa’s product management capability through development of practices and thought leadership.
Qualifications:
- A minimum of 5 years of product delivery experience with 3+ years experience in a product owner/ manager role building and launching B2B and/or B2C digital products.
- Consulting experience and experience working in "AI, product led growth, product ops is a plus.
- Demonstrated experience utilizing a pragmatic approach for taking products from concept to customers across an industry.
- Experience working and collaborating with design and development teams who use Agile, Scrum or other iterative software development methodology.
- Experience creating product roadmaps, backlogs and delivery plans including tracking progress, and identifying key risks and dependencies.
- Ability to understand product goals, usage and identify opportunities to drive high-impact changes and improvements to the product. Demonstrated knowledge in setting & monitoring KPIs, A/B testing, growth marketing, user testing, cohort analysis and other analytical frameworks. You are also able to tie all this information together, make informed product decisions and prioritize product(s) features.
- Strong verbal and written communications skills, business acumen and the ability to synthesize and present to executive-level audiences in order to facilitate efficient decision-making among stakeholders.
- Experience estimating work effort, managing scope and defining timelines for all new product development initiatives.
