Minimum Qualifications

Education/Training/Experience
- Juris Doctor from an accredited law school

- Managing administrative matters
- Negotiating, drafting and reviewing transactional documents
- Providing legal advice and counsel, particularly involving contracts, regulations, and UAB's Research Administration
