Job Summary/Basic Function: |
Lead, supervise and work with HVAC Technicians to perform journeyman-level installation and maintenance of HVAC Systems. This position is open to current, regular Boise State employees only. |
Level Scope: |
Provides immediate supervision to a unit or group of operational or technical employees. A portion of time may be spent performing individual tasks related to the unit; however, supervisory activities must constitute a primary part of the job. Supervises unit operations to ensure compliance with departmental or campus policies, procedures, and defined internal controls. Ensures accountability and stewardship of campus resources (operational, financial, and human) in compliance with departmental standards and procedures. |

Knowledge, Skills, Abilities: |
● Some positions require a current HVAC journeyman license. |
Minimum Qualifications: |
Some knowledge of: supervisory practices. Required Licenses: HVAC Journeyman Licensing, Universal EPA-CFC license, AND Driver's License. |
Preferred Qualifications: |
● BAS experience – fluency in JCI Metasys, Siemens Desigo, Automated Logic WebCTRL. |
Salary and Benefits: |
Salary of $33.31-$33.39/hr.
