As a Utility Infrastructure Specialist, you will support the Utility Infrastructure department and ensure exceptional service is provided to vendors and colleagues. This role is integral to maintaining a collaborative team environment and achieving common goals. You will be responsible for organizing and maintaining compliance records, ensuring timely communication with state agencies, colleagues, and vendors, and assist with various utility projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, enjoy working collaboratively, and be aligned with the company's mission and values.
Responsibilities
- Project Support
- Support community and utility department efforts on assigned tasks, including projects, compliance follow-up, and project management.
- Provide timely and consistent follow-through with state agencies, vendors, communities, and the home office teams.
- Maintain open communications with all community, regional, and home office team members.
- Communication and Coordination
- Uphold the company’s philosophy in all interactions with the communities, regions, and the home office team members.
- Attend internal and external meetings, providing relevant updates based on discussed topics.
- Foster transparent communication across all levels of the organization.
- Ensure consistent and effective vendor interactions to meet operational needs.
- Team Support
- Build and maintain strong relationships within your team and across key cross-functional departments.
- Consistently execute Havenpark’s standard operating procedures and policies to achieve operational excellence.
- Demonstrate Havenpark’s core values in interactions with coworkers, lenders, and other third parties.
- Regularly communicate with team members at all levels (e.g., field staff, home office staff, and senior management) to align company priorities and goals.
Qualifications
- Education:
- Minimum of a bachelor's degree in a related field.
- Experience:
- 1-3 years of experience in a similar role
- Physical Demands:
- This role may involve long hours sitting while using office equipment such as computers, and occasional walking within the office.
- Skills & Additional Requirements:
- Strong work ethic and collaborative mindset.
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to maintain effective relationships.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and prioritize effectively.
