Work You’ll Do
Lead advisory information technology project and implementation services of large-scale data ecosystems, including data management, governance and the integration of structured and unstructured data to generate insights to help companies unlock the value of big technology investments. Lead the full data delivery lifecycle for implementations, including defining systems strategy, developing systems requirements, designing and prototyping, testing, training, defining support procedures, and implementing practical business solutions under multiple deadlines. Drive operational efficiency by maintaining data ecosystems, sourcing analytics expertise for continuous insights and improvements. Build out asset portfolio for clients and increase the immersion and integration of existing assets with clients; leverage insights to evaluate opportunities, shape strategy on where to focus efforts and create a demand forecast for Deloitte services. Understand and articulate compelling value propositions around product(s) and services to accelerate client sales and adoption appetite. Develop and maintain contact with top decision makers, participate and lead aspects of the proposal development process, and contribute to the development of proposal pricing strategies. Manage service excellence by identifying key issues for key accounts, determining project needs by supplementing the standard assessment techniques and tools with innovative approaches, evaluating, and validating analysis, and developing recommendations in the context of the overall engagement. Lead aspects of the information technology project proposal development process and develop proposal pricing strategies. Help secure relationships with qualified targets and decision makers to uncover opportunities; manage the pursuit process and act as a key advisor to the pursuit team throughout the sales process. Improve internal processes, and promote knowledge sharing in the team, by contributing to the community of practice, blogs, and other forms of market eminence.

Requirements
Master’s degree or foreign equivalent in Business Administration, any STEM field, or a related field. Must have four years of related work experience in the job offered or in a related occupation.
In the alternative, the employer will accept a Bachelor’s degree (or foreign equivalent) and six years of progressive related work experience. Position requires four years of related work experience in each of the following:
• Leading teams that perform data management, including master data, metadata, data architecture, data governance, data quality, and data modeling, utilizing Oracle PL/SQ, Teradata BTEQ, Hive Query Language (HQL), Azure Data Factory, Google BigQuery, Informatica Data Explorer, Informatica PowerExchange, and Informatica PowerCenter;
• Developing practical solutions and methodologies, developing "thought-ware" and "point-of-view" documents, and participating in public speaking events;
• Organizing and leading pursuit teams, leading proposal development efforts, developing proposal-pricing strategies, and developing and maintaining contact with top decision makers;
• Leading global project teams and project delivery, and tracking and resolving key issues and risks to budget, scope, and resources, utilizing Jira, Microsoft (MS) Excel, and MS PowerPoint;
• Overseeing the execution of client deliverables per business specifications and agreed timelines, including analytical data products, consumer and marketing data products, and regulatory reporting data model hydration, utilizing Jira, Agile methodology, and Project Management;
• Performing the role of counselor and coach, actively participating in staff recruitment and retention activities, and providing leadership and support for teams and staff in local offices.
