Description

- Coordinate project teams, scheduling meeting and reviews
- Track tasks and next steps for the team
- Organize client, partner and team feedback
- Manage complex calendars
- Minimum of 2+ years’ experience in administrative support role; experience in an architecture/design firm a plus
- Highly organized with the ability to efficiently use time and synthesize information.
- Careful attention to detail
- A high degree of professionalism and confidentiality around sensitive issues
- Strong writing and communication skills
- Collaborative and comfortable working in teams
- Comfortable with a range of software applications, including: Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Teams), Zoom, light skills in Adobe Creative Suite
- Ability to start and complete tasks with little input and ask strategic questions to further projects
- Strong professional communication skills and the ability to harmoniously collaborate and work with others are critical for success in this role
The annual base pay range for this role is anticipated to be between $62,000 and $72,000. Actual compensation for successful candidates will be carefully determined based on a number of factors, including their skills, qualifications and experience.
