Our business strategy is fueled by talent. As the Head of Talent Operations, you will be critical in helping Factored build the best AI & Data teams in the Americas. You will lead a dynamic team of talent specialists, technical recruiters and operators, providing mentorship and guidance to ensure Factored generates successful client outcomes by delivering top AI & Data talent with speed and efficiency. Your expertise will be crucial in shaping and executing our talent supply strategy, using data-driven insights to optimize our performance and exceed our business goals. #LI-Remote
Character Traits We Are Looking For:

Functional Responsibilities:
- Continue to build and scale our Talent Operations function, the backbone of our business that allows us to identify, vet, upskill and match our awesome engineers with our clients’ needs.
- Lead Factored's Talent team, inspiring high performance and giving them the tools, leadership, and motivation to innovate and make decisions that support Factored’s vision.
- Lead team-level and cross-functional initiatives to continuously improve and scale our sourcing, vetting, upskilling, and matching processes and systems, from creating a technical vetting playbook, forecasting talent needs, improving our matching process, or developing talent upskilling and engagement programs.
- Drive cross-functional collaboration between the Talent, Engineering, and Sales teams, providing guidance and identifying blockers to drive effective short and long-term solutions.
- Implement workflows, processes, and tools that improve our end-to-end Talent Journey and ensure Factored provides the best customer experience to both our clients and engineers.
- Collaborate with Marketing to establish a robust strategy for filling the top of the candidate pipeline, leveraging market intelligence, forecasting client demand, and multi-channel recruitment tactics to attract the best AI & Data talent.
- Work cross-functionally to build a data-driven Talent Operations function, analyzing in-depth reporting to track progress and establish KPIs to drive high-level performance.
- Stay abreast of AI & Data industry issues and trends for ML, Data Engineering, and Analytics talent solutions.
Qualifications:
- 10+ years of experience in areas such as Talent Operations/ Talent Marketplaces/ Technical Recruiting/ Business Operations/ Consulting.
- Experience working in a hyper-growth startup. Tech experience is a big plus. Tech Services or Talent Marketplace experience is a major plus.
- Experience leading a team and designing and implementing talent operations/recruiting or talent marketplace initiatives.
- Strong project and people management skills as well as proven leadership skills that enable you to execute and make an impact by leading and managing others who may or may not report to you.
- Strong communication skills. Able to proactively, clearly, concisely, and consistently provide information to other business leaders that drive decision-making and demonstrate progress towards larger business objectives.
