ULTRA MOBILE is seeking a talented National Account Manager to join the Sales Team! Individual reports to Director, Channel Development. Role is remote; must reside in the United States.
ABOUT THE ROLE
This position is responsible for managing national retail accounts. In this role, you will be responsible for growing market share, with a heavy emphasis on Gross Add and key metric attainment, forecasting, planning, and marketing to ensure maximum brand awareness and our mutual success.
Your usual day of awesomeness includes:
- Business development within the National Retail and Alternative Channels leveraging key accounts to drive growth with various brand programs
- Developing key accounts within the channel to drive subscriber growth and Retailer footprint.
- Build relationships with key account personnel and sales agents.
- Conduct Quarterly Business Reviews with the leadership of each account.
- Analyze account data and provide timely reports to support your account’s growth plan.
- Ensure your accounts are producing and identify areas of needed improvement and/or opportunities for growth.
- Ensure accounts have the tools needed to overachieve their and our stated performance goals.
- Help train and educate accounts on new product offerings, services, program enhancements, etc.
- Perform market visits with account representatives to help foster relationships, product knowledge, brand awareness, and overall sales growth.
- Conduct weekly account review calls.
- Report on key competitive issues, suggest improvements and communicate regularly with Ultra management.
WHAT YOU BRING
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience with Business Development and National Account Management.
- Prior success in meeting performance goals in the wireless industry.
- Proven Account Management work experience with National Distribution Accounts.
- Effective cross-functional collaboration and leadership as well as possess strong decision-making abilities, business acumen, and analytical skills.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (i.e. Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Analytical skills required - data analysis.
- Results-driven, self-directed, high energy, and objective-oriented.
- Ability to take initiative and problem solve.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a growing organization.
- Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills.
- Valid driver’s license and 24-hour access to a vehicle are required.
- Ability to work non-traditional hours and participate in evening and weekend events, conference calls, etc. as needed.
- Willingness to travel.

In support of the Equal Pay for Equal Work Act, the range of starting pay for this role is $90,000 - $110,000. This is not a guarantee of compensation or salary, actual compensation is influenced by a wide range of factors including but not limited to skill set, level of experience, education, certifications, responsibility, and geographic location.
