What you’ll do:
- Lead project management efforts that support payer team operations, from developing opportunities through ongoing relationship management.
- Provide on-the-ground support to help execute the planning, directing, and coordination of day-to-day activities.
- Develop detailed project plans, route deliverables, supply status reports, and supervise the implementation of key initiatives.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders and facilitate cross-functional team meetings.
- Establish, cultivate, and maintain strong working relationships with key stakeholders.
- Identify and drive continuous improvement initiatives by evaluating expansion processes and procedures and proposing solutions that will better meet the needs of the organization.
Who you are:
- You have 2-5 years of Project Management or related experience.
- You have experience utilizing Project Management tools such as Asana.
- You have an analytical mindset and are proficient in Excel or Google Sheets.
- You have experience introducing new processes or systems within an organization that requires effective change management.
- You have experience navigating and mitigating risks associated with project management, including scheduling, resources, and stakeholder management.
- You have the ability to recognize opportunities for process improvement and drive the implementation of those improvements.
- You have the ability to present ideas and bodies of work to small and large audiences.
- You are self-directed with the ability to set priorities, plan, and organize tasks and deliverables as needs evolve.

Salary Band: $110,000 - $140,000
