As a Conveyance Project Manager, you will direct, develop, and market water distribution and wastewater conveyance projects and would have the opportunity to apply your expertise to these types of projects for federal, state and local municipalities. Other activities include leading design teams and construction management teams for full turn-key delivery of projects.. Your day-to-day accomplishments would involve:
- Conducting studies and evaluations on distribution and/or collection system.
- Leading detailed designs of water distribution and sewer collection systems.
- Preparing plans/construction drawings for water and wastewater improvements.
- Developing technical specifications.
- Preparing design reports to document the design process.
- Performing construction-phase services including administration, construction observation and engineering activities.
- Supervise small staff of professionals and technicians as needed.
- Perform other duties as needed.
- PMP certification
- Design expertise related to water distribution and wastewater system hydraulics, lift stations and pump stations.
- A minimum of 12 years of experience including civil and water/wastewater pipeline designs and the preparation of construction drawings and specifications.
- Experience with assessing sewer pipeline conditions through used CCTV and field test data;
- Using Civil3D or MicroStation for development of site grading, pipeline plans and profile drawings, and
- ArcGIS software, including system mapping and basic data analysis.
- Experience with trenchless technologies/installation and sewer/pipeline rehabilitation techniques.
- Experience with hydraulic modeling software.
- Business development experience

- Bachelor's degree in Engineering
- 7 years related experience
- A minimum 2 years project management experience
- Professional Engineer (PE) license
- MS Office and MS Project experience is required (Access experience would be plus)
- Demonstrated leadership skills
