Mölnlycke Health Care is seeking an HR Services Specialist, to be based in their Wiscasset and Brunswick, Maine locations. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in human resources specifically payroll and benefits administration.
Requirements of the HR Services Specialist :

- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience.
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in human resources with a focus on policy, payroll, and benefits administration.
- Previous experience with Payroll and Benefits software.
- Strong organizational and data analytics skills.
- Experience with data integrity and IT systems including effective use of PEOPLE Management systems and Microsoft Office, Word, PowerPoint and Excel.
- Training and onboarding experience desirable.
- Experience working in a manufacturing site is desirable.
- Ability to commute to Wiscasset, ME and Brunswick, ME Monday through Friday. This will be office-based, rotating between two manufacturing sites.

- Annual pay in the range of: $65,000 - $75,000, depending on experience.

Responsibilities of the HR Services Specialist :

- The successful candidate is a self-starter with previous human resources experience who will demonstrate strong stakeholder management, adaptability, & prioritization skills.
- Conduct onboarding and offboarding of employees ensuring administration processes are handled efficiently and reported correctly to external partners.
- People and organizational changes support in an HR capacity
- Deliver new hire payroll and benefits onboarding presentations during orientation. Develops and/or participates in trainings, in-services, and attends local staff meetings as required.
- Provide compensation, payroll, and benefits support including Day-to-day payroll and benefits administration including portal management and follow up with respective employees
- Employee engagement, attraction, and retention strategies
- Efficient training and source of knowledge of all People policies, processes, systems and providers
