We are looking for a compensation professional who will be a key member of our global compensation team responsible for all compensation programs at EverCommerce. Depending on your level of expertise and background, you may be considered as either a Sr Compensation Analyst or a Compensation Consultant.
Our programs are designed to align with our Company values and philosophies, offer competitive pay opportunities, and reward for high performance. You, as the Sr. Analyst/Consultant will participate in the design and management of our pay programs including base pay, annual incentives (annual and sales plans), and equity. This will include benchmarking and analyzing best practices and market trends, evaluating the effectiveness of our current programs, and designing and implementing programs and processes across EverCommerce or in specific business areas. You will collaborate closely with and provide expert advice to our HR business partners, business leaders and managers, and functional partners in Finance and Legal. In addition, you may interact with external vendors in the management and administration of our programs.
Responsibilities:
Contribute to regular management of pay programs including survey participation, market data analysis, pay range development, budgeting, forecasting and reporting of employee spend, incentive plan rollout and communications, and the annual planning process for our global workforce
Keep abreast of current trends and best practices, determine impact to EverCommerce, and recommend actions
Conduct market analyses at enterprise, business, or employee levels to understand competitive pay positioning and recommend actions
Advise and guide HR business partners and/or the business on compensation matters including job leveling, market comparison, and pay recommendations
Participate in the administration of equity programs (e.g. LTI grants and vesting and ESPP purchase with external administrator) and sales plans (e.g. plan set up, approval, and reporting)
Ensure quality and integrity of employee data, partnering with other Total Rewards team members and the Payroll team
Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local compensation laws, including minimum wage regulations
Participate in M&A projects as needed
Skills and Experience needed for success in this role:
Minimum of 5 to 8+ years of relevant experience in compensation including job evaluations, benchmarking, survey participation and pay analysis
Demonstrated high-level of critical thinking and analytical skills
Demonstrated ability to work independently and interface effectively with all levels of the organization
Outstanding interpersonal and communications skills
Demonstrated in-depth strength in MS Office applications, especially Excel
Knowledge of US state and federal employment and labor laws
Workday experience is a plus
Where: The EverCommerce team is distributed globally, with teams in the U.S., Canada, the U.K., Jordan, New Zealand, and Australia. With a widely distributed team, we are used to working remotely across different time zones. This role can be based anywhere in the United States or Canada – if you’re close to one of our offices, we can set you up in-office or you can work 100% remotely. Please note that you must be eligible to work without sponsorship to qualify for this position, and this role may require travel to our Corporate Headquarters in Denver, Colorado, or to other office locations around North America.

Compensation: The target base compensation for the position ranges $90,000 to $105,000 for less-experienced candidates, and $105,000 to $130,000 USD per year for more-experienced candidates in most US locations. Final offer amounts are determined by multiple factors including location, local market variances, and candidate experience and expertise, and may vary from the amounts listed above.
