Human Resources Summer Student

At CARFAX, we believe in the power of teamwork and value in-person interactions so that we can collaborate and thrive together. This position will require 3 days in office, subject to change with future business needs.
- Streamlining job documentation into a repository.
- Working with HR team members to define repository requirements and standardization.
- Identifying outdated records and incomplete information.
- Working with business leaders to provide current documentation and to update needed information.
- Update repository with refreshed documentation.
- Assist the Compensation team with development of updated templates.
What we're looking for:
- Must be willing and able to commute to London, Ontario office three days per week.
- Pursuing a Bachelor's degree in HR or business at an accredited college or university.
- Strong time management and organization skills.
- Experience as a member of a team.
- Excellent Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
- A willingness to jump in, learn, and lend a hand; an outstanding work ethic (timeliness, responsiveness, etc.).
