Human Resources Analytics Intern
Description
- Learning, improving, and standardizing regular data reporting processes.
- Identifying and fixing data discrepancies across HR reporting systems.
- Researching industry benchmarks for HR metrics to help CARFAX make better strategic decisions.
- Ad hoc people analytics and assorted data projects to support all business units.
- Assist other members of the HR team as necessary.
- Must be willing and able to commute to Centreville, VA office three days per week.
- Excellent Microsoft Office skills, with a focus on Excel.
- Pursuing a bachelor's degree at an accredited university, with relevant coursework in business, mathematics/statistics, or human resources.
- Strong attention to detail, time management and organization skills.
- Experience as a member of a team.
- A willingness to jump in, learn, and lend a hand; an outstanding work ethic (timeliness, responsiveness, etc.).
- Passion for Data Analysis, Process Improvement/Efficiency, or Human Resources.
- Tableau/Data Visualization Skills.
