ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES (performs other duties as assigned):
- Develops financial models, forecasts and comparative performance analysis

- Prepares and coordinates the monthly variance analysis of actuals, plan and forecast. Translates analyses into easy-to-understand presentations and visualizations.
- Designs, builds and maintains various management reporting models involving executive management, product and direct/indirect P&L reports.
- Identifies trends and recommends actions based on sound and thorough analysis.
- Manages dashboard reporting of key financial metrics.
- Supports the leadership team with regular (daily, weekly, monthly) financial reporting and metrics, as well as ad-hoc financial analysis as needed.
- Partners effectively with numerous teams at the Company (accounting, operations, branch, sales, etc.) to produce monthly, quarterly and annual budgets.
- Support the finance and business teams with financial metrics and key business analysis.
- Assists, as needed, in developing materials (reporting, metrics, presentations) for external communications to partners and the Board.
- Proposes enhancements to the financial planning process:
- Helps drive initiatives to identify and enhance upstream data collection to improve downstream usage and reporting.
- Performs research and analysis of financial and operational performance for comparable companies.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Finance or Accounting
- Two years of progressive experience in corporate finance or financial planning and analysis
- Prior experience with Oracle Financials
- Prior experience with Prophix
- Excellent analytical skills
- Strong PC literacy and applications, advanced skills in Excel
- Detail-oriented, with strong verbal and written communication skills, ability to summarize complex data and thoughts into effective actionable communications; ability to interact effectively with management and functional leaders
- Takes ownership / responsibility; self-starter with ability to complete actions/projects from start-to-finish
- Demonstrates desire and ability to achieve results and works on continuous improvements
- Ability to effectively prioritize and multi-task in a dynamic work environment
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS & WORKING CONDITIONS:
- General office environment (keyboard, mouse, telephone use)
- Manual dexterity (grasp, hand/wrist movement)
