You’ll achieve success by:
Order and maintain appropriate levels of all studio inventory and supplies (retail, professional, and office)
Conduct weekly and monthly inventory counts to proactively identify opportunities and prevent shortages
Unpack, organize, and store all studio inventory properly
Set up merchandise displays, coordinate interior signage, product promotions, and pricing
Receive, set up, and troubleshoot office equipment
Identify potential issues and suggest process improvements
Ensure guest-facing retail is organized and presented on lobby shelving
Collaborate with studio employees and vendors to ensure accurate and timely orders
Coordinate general facility repairs and maintenance
Identify and escalate inventory and facilities issues, recommending process improvements
Qualifications:
Strong attention to detail
Excellent knowledge of data analysis and forecasting methods
Ability to accurately track inventory and create reports
Excellent organizational and planning skills
Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
Reliable and trustworthy
Bachelor's degree preferred
A minimum of two years of managerial experience, inventory management preferred
Proven track record of exceeding annual revenue and profit targets
Effective leadership skills including multi-tasking, prioritizing, and goal-setting
Compelling interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written), with a strong ability to influence and build rapport
