Responsibilities
- Maintain corporate IT infrastructure including networking and conference room equipment, end-user computers, and cloud assets.
- Implement long-term network infrastructure improvement projects.
- Manage licensing and access to various corporate SaaS subscriptions.
- Perform on-site technical tasks, including installing, repairing computer equipment, network infrastructure, and software applications.
- Respond to requests for technical assistance including over the phone, on slack or by email.
- Assist in the onboard/offboard process for new and former employees.
Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in information technology or a similar discipline, or 3+ years full-time experience working in IT.
- Experience administering Active Directory in a corporate environment.
- Experience with Unifi networking equipment and software or similar tools.
- Experience using MDM platforms to manage corporate assets and endpoints.
- Familiarity with a range of computer hardware, software applications, and the Microsoft Office suite.
- Ability to detect and resolve technical problems, install, maintain, update, and repair computers and peripherals, and analyze and resolve network connection issues.
- Experience with major operating systems including Windows, MacOS, and Linux.
- Physically able to stand, bend, stoop, climb, reach and lift up to 30 lbs.
Preferred Qualifications
- Working knowledge of authentication schemes including Kerberos, SAML, OAuth or similar.
- Understanding of wireless networking technologies, security schemes, network planning.
