Project Coordinator, Bond Release

Responsibilities:

• Site visits to document the project status
• Meetings with County personnel
• Manage and communicate with utility companies
• Observe construction activities in the field
• Prepare and deliver bond documents to County and State jurisdictions
• Utilize computer software to organize project documents
• Generate digital copy of punch lists and associated plans to send to clients
• Support Bond Management Director and Senior Project Managers
• Review construction plans and plats
• Fill out and submit bond extensions, applications and related documents
• Request proposals from vendors and subcontractors
• Help obtain jurisdiction bond related documents and files

Qualifications:

• At a minimum 2 years of experience in construction, homebuilding or real estate development industries
• Strong professional communicator and organizational skills
• Experience using office technology suite; Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams, etc.
• Strong communication and critical thinking skills
• Experience with reading construction plans
