Supervisory Management Analyst

Duties

• Provides leadership and expertise in cost, schedule, and risk analysis to effectively assist a diverse team in delivering products to programs, the Center, and Agency stakeholders.
• Manages a team through the balancing of priorities, work schedules, and resources.
• Collaborates and integrates programmatic activities with key stakeholders internal and external to the organization and Center.
• Leads and/or serves on teams as the subject matter specialist/representative or expert as appropriate.
• Creates and maintains positive morale in the organization; identifies and considers employee experience and motivation to ensure a healthy balance of personal and mission success.
• Perform a full range of supervisory duties which includes assigning and evaluating work; recommending personnel actions; taking disciplinary actions; and identifying training needs and developing employees.
