â?Working as a Resident Regional Manager, you are responsible for multiple clinical engineering accounts. You are responsible for managing client relations, along with ensure that the clinical engineering services offered to the customers is of superior quality.
â?Key Responsibilities:

- Develops financial forecasts and balance programs and resources for multiple clinical engineering accounts within the region â?
- Develops a business plan and budget for the region â?
- Controls overhead expenses within the region â?
- Responsible for attainment of financial goals for the region â?
- Reviews and analyzes financial statements, weekly operating reports, and other financial results â?
- Recommends and manages capital requirements to maximize financial returns â?
- Actively involved with sales survey pricing of business â?
- Monitors future contract financial reviews and updates â?
- Responsible for productivity and staffing that is appropriate to the regional and divisional goals â?
- Monitors period analysis and initiate action plans as necessary â?
- Maintains and supports client satisfaction at a level that ensures account retention â?
- Maintains an active stewardship program at multiple levels within the region â?
- Administers required client/customer surveys (and other feedback instruments) and responds in a timely and effective manner â?
- Promotes client awareness of program alternatives and the availability of corporate resources â?
- Monitors and ensures compliance with the provisions of client contracts â?
- Assists in customizing programs to meet each account's unique needs as required â?
Preferred Qualifications:

- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience required â?
- Five+ years supervisory experience in clinical engineering with high customer/client contact required â?
- Experience managing multiple clinical engineering accounts â?
- Budgeting, forecasting, sales experience preferred â?
- Ability to communicate effectively in written format and oral presentations â?
- Ability to multi-tasks and establish priorities â?
- Ability to maintain organization in a changing environment â?
- Exhibit initiative, responsibility, flexibility, and leadership â?
- Possess a thorough knowledge of contract administration and office procedures â?
- Proficient in the use of Windows based office software including but not limited to Microsoft Office, Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook â?
