Job Summary
The Vice President of Programs and Standards (VPPS) will lead and direct the Healthcare Technology Solutions in Program design, development and implementation; build upon the existing robust quality and compliance operations to also design, develop and implement Business Process Optimization initiatives; and lead Field Services customer support team. This position will support the overall success of HTS division for all matters relating to account operations to assure the highest client and customer satisfaction levels and account retention, strong employee relations, achievement of financial goals and future business growth plans.

Program Design Development and Implementation
* Research and analyze industry trends and services.
* Support Program design, development, implementation, performance and profitability to expand business portfolio of offerings to meet market needs. This includes development of a suite of non-contract revenue offerings to meet client needs (eg. scope repair, power supplies)
* Enhance existing Programs including EquipREADY Asset Management to include RTLS/RFID solutions; and rental program.
Business Process Optimization
* Build upon the existing robust quality and compliance operations to also design, develop and implement Business Process Optimization initiatives to deliver productivity, cycle time, quality, employee and customer satisfaction.
Field Service Support Operation
* Manage field service support operations team to include customer support management.
Training Program Management
* Oversee annual management of internal training budget and program selection in conjunction with field service delivery plan.
Other
* Demonstrates a proactive and enthusiastic attitude in striving for and meeting all business goals and objectives.
* Visit HTS accounts on a regular basis to ensure that a sharing and exchange of ideas and experiences occurs; looking at best practices.
* Represents the corporation both professionally and ethically at all times.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in a Technical discipline or Health Care Administration field, or equivalent degree preferred. Master’s degree or MBA highly desirable. An equivalent combination of education and experience can be substituted.
Experience: Minimum of ten (10) years experience leading Medical Device Service teams in healthcare or related field, minimum of five (5) years experience in multi unit healthcare support services management, or equivalent related experience. Leadership ability required. Proven ability to manage a team of six or more director level team members. Proven experience in successfully managing P&L budgets.
