Desired Skill Sets
 
●      Experience with cell culture of various cell lines and primary cells – iPSC, NPCs and neurons a plus.
●      Experience with in-vivo tissue homogenization and nucleic acid extractions.
●      Experience with molecular biology techniques such as PCR, RT-qPCR, DNA sequence analysis, ELISA, Western Blot.
●      Experience with microplate cell-based assays – fluorescence and luminescence readouts.
●      Ability to execute on standard operating procedures with accuracy and precision.
●      Excellent written and oral communications skills
●      Excellent organization and use of network drives and infrastructure
●      Experience with Prism, Python, or matlab, for automated data analysis and visualization a plus
●      Experience with gene therapy and/or nanoparticle technology is a plus
 
 
Qualification Requirements
 
●      Bachelor’s or master’s degree emphasized in cell biology, biotechnology, or related field
●      2 years wet lab research experience in biology
●      >;1 year experience in mammalian cell culture techniques
●      US work authorization required
