Responsibilities:
· Develop and maintain an overarching, fit for purpose incident, event and problem management process framework and associated policies and procedures
· Monitor and analyze incident, event and problem trends to identify underlying causes and develop strategies for prevention and changes to process required.
· Facilitate communication between stakeholders regarding process design and activities.
· Analyze and report on key metrics related to incident, event and problem management activities.
· Implement best practices within Servicenow to streamline the incident, Problem and Event mgmt. processes.

· Strong understanding of ITIL principles and best practices
· In depth understanding of Servicenow capabilities
· Excellent communication, listening and interpersonal skills to build relationships and gain support for the processes you own.
· Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
· Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
