What You’ll Do:
- Process a high volume of invoices accurately and efficiently, ensuring adherence to company policies and procedures.
- Review invoices for appropriate documentation and approval prior to payment.
- Verify and reconcile vendor statements, resolving any discrepancies in a timely manner.
- Communicate with vendors to address payment inquiries and resolve issues effectively.
- Prepare and process electronic transfers and payments via check or ACH.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of accounts payable transactions.
- Assist with month-end closing activities and provide support for audits as needed.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline processes and improve efficiency.
- Manage the Accounts Payable inbox and ensure timely responses.
Who You Are:
- 3+ years of experience as an Accounts Payable Specialist.
- Previous experience with NetSuite and Bill.com systems is strongly preferred.
- Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office, particularly Excel.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Additional Details:
- This is a full-time non-exempt position headquartered in Denver, Colorado, adhering to a hybrid schedule with 1-2x days a week in the office.
- Targeted compensation range for this role: $22-$26/hour, dependent upon experience.
