Your Challenge:
- Scorecards/Key targets
- Collaborate with hiring managers and TA team to understand staffing needs for production roles.
- Collaborate with TA for the recruitment processes.
- Address employee concerns and inquiries related to production operations.
- Foster a positive work environment through effective communication and conflict resolution.
- Implement employee engagement initiatives to enhance team morale.
- Work closely with supervisors to establish performance goals and expectations.
- Monitor and evaluate employee performance, providing constructive feedback.
- Support the performance appraisal process and contribute to talent development.
- Identify training needs for production employees and coordinate relevant programs.
- Facilitate onboarding sessions to ensure a smooth integration for new hires.
- Promote continuous learning and skill development within the department.
- Ensure adherence to labor laws, company policies, and regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with legal and compliance teams to address any employment-related issues.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records.
- Handle day-to-day HR operations.
- Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive employee information with discretion.
- Contribute to the development and improvement of HR processes.

Qualifications
To Grow What Matters, You Will Need:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Proven experience of at least 3 years in HR roles.
- In-depth knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices.
- Proficient in using HRIS and other HR software.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Demonstrated ability in recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving capabilities. Proven experience as an HR Specialist, preferably in a production or manufacturing environment.
- Strong knowledge of HR practices, employment laws, and industry trends.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
- Good listener and interpreter of views from a wide range of inputs.
- Clear and concise written and spoken communication skills.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
- Strong understanding and adaptability of change management principles and methodologies.
- Flexibility for occasional travel as needed.
- Fluent in English and multilingual proficiency is an asset.
