Core responsibilities:
This role includes, but is not limited to, these foundational responsibilities:
- Be the center of communication between all agency team members and agency partners that may touch an assigned project
- Constantly monitor and communicate expectations, deadlines and project status to all stakeholders and keep team on task to meet internal + external deadlines
- Lead workflow management in Google Workspace, Slack, and Wrike; opening and maintain organized project spaces with key project information and communications
- Develop project plans that span departments / disciplines and continuously update schedules, detailing key deadlines for every phase of the project from concepting to production to material ships dates, assigning tasks to the correct individuals, and updating ongoing task and project status
- Lead the development of resource calculations for assigned projects and monitor scope burn
- Schedule internal creative meetings (kickoffs, creative reviews, team reviews)
- Guide work through the internal approval + delivery processes
- Prepare estimates for print, OOH, transit, display and social (when no video is needed)
- Generate and manage spec sheets
- Work with Account Management to maintain internal status report document and hold regular status meetings
- Review work for accuracy and compliance and obtain necessary internal approvals
- Work with Account Management to compile Ad Set Planning document, ensuring all campaign assets are correctly named and are provided to the Ad Operations team for on-time trafficking
- Keep Associate Director of Project Management aware of progress on each project and raise any concerns as quickly as possible
- Assist in onboarding new hires and mentoring junior teammates
