About This Position:
Copacino Fujikado is looking for the Head of Performance Marketing within our Research department. As the Head of Performance Marketing, you will spearhead our performance marketing strategy, leading teams in Paid Social, SEM, and working closely with Ad Ops. Your role is crucial in designing and rolling out ROI-focused digital campaigns, optimizing online presence, and fostering client business growth. You'll work in synergy with both our clients and internal teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Leadership: Guide and manage the Paid Social, SEM, and Ad Ops teams, ensuring cohesion and alignment in strategies and goals.
- Campaign Strategy and Planning: Craft robust performance marketing plans in tune with client goals, with a laser focus on ROI and KPI achievement.
- Media Buying: Oversee media buying across digital platforms, covering PPC, display, social media, email, and affiliate marketing.
- Data Analysis: Harness data analytics tools for monitoring and enhancing campaign performance, spotting trends, and steering data-led optimizations.
- Budget Management: Supervise and apportion advertising budgets judiciously for the highest ROI. This includes continuous recalibration of spends across different channels.
- Client Collaboration: Forge and nurture client relationships by comprehending their business objectives, offering periodic updates, and serving actionable recommendations to heighten campaign efficacy.
- Team Collaboration: Work harmoniously with cross-functional teams, such as creative, content, and analytics units, to ensure alignment with campaign strategies.
- Ad Creatives: Collaborate with the creative division to formulate engaging ad creatives and landing pages, aiming for maximum resonance with target demographics.
- Testing and Optimization: Champion continuous A/B testing for diverse campaign components to boost conversion rates and holistic campaign success.
- Stay Current: Keep a finger on the pulse of the industry, embracing trends, nascent technologies, and cutting-edge performance marketing practices.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, or allied domains is preferred. A Master's degree is advantageous. At minimum this position requires various digital certifications
- Minimum of 3 years in performance marketing, with a preference for agency experience.
- Mastery over digital marketing tools, including Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and LinkedIn Ads as well as other new social media platforms (TikTok, Snapchat, etc.)
- Robust analytical aptitude and familiarity with tools like Google Analytics.
- Stellar project management and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient collaborative team player.
- Digital marketing platform certifications will be considered a strong plus.
