The MLT Advancement Officer, Corporate Giving:

- Achieves revenue goals by identifying, cultivating, soliciting, and stewarding corporate foundations and funders in a donor-centric way
- Resourcefully identifies and articulates alignment between a funder’s areas of interest and MLT’s mission and solutions
- Leverages MLT's extensive relationships with corporate partners by collaborating cross-functionally to identify, prioritize and cultivate companies for new grants/donations through their philanthropic entities and executives who can expand support of MLT
- Builds and maintains a robust pipeline of prospective corporate donors
- Builds and manages a portfolio of existing and prospective corporate foundations and funders, including both those where the officer is the primary point of contact and those where the officer supports another internal lead (e.g., the CEO)
- Develops thoughtful, tailored solicitation plans, communications, and materials
- Listens actively to understand stakeholders’ perspectives and engages in high touch, donor-centric communications to build meaningful and lasting stakeholder relationships
Required Competencies & Qualifications:

- 7+ years relevant professional experience in successfully identifying, cultivating, and soliciting corporate executives
- Experience building, and generating revenue through high touch, mutually beneficial relationships
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with ability to effectively convey complex ideas clearly. Exceptional PowerPoint / Google Slides skills a plus.
- Strong ability to lead cross-functional collaboration and communication, and to actively listen and incorporate inputs from multiple stakeholders
- Proactive and resourceful
- Comfort with CRM systems, and willingness to learn and frequently use Salesforce specifically
