Digital Health
The goal of this work to provide expertise in the functional and technical implementation and streamlining of our Health Technology client’s systems supporting Health Transformation.
Work you’ll do
- Design and implement robust, scalable, and secure solutions using the .NET platform.
- Develop and maintain application architectures aligned with business needs and goals.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical designs.
- Guide development teams in coding best practices, performance optimization, and design principles.
- Oversee cloud migrations or hybrid cloud/on-premises solutions using Azure or similar platforms.
- Ensure system reliability, security, and performance across all layers of the application.
- Create and maintain architectural documentation.
- Stay updated with the latest technology trends and provide recommendations for improvements.
The team
Our Health Technology team implements repeatable solutions to solve our government clients’ most critical health technology related issues. We advise on, design, implement and deploy solutions focused on government health agencies “heart of the business” issues including claims management, electronic health records, health information exchanges, health analytics and health case management.
Our clients seek a fresh perspective on how to leverage reusable, interoperable and flexible solutions that will enable them to reduce costs, improve health outcomes and respond to public health crises. Professionals will use their deep health, government and technology consulting experience to strategically help solve our client’s technology challenges.
Qualifications:
Required
- 5+ years minimum of experience within a Consulting or Health Technology environment
- .NET Framework, MVC, .net Core, C#, SQL Server 2019 and up, Cloud Experience, REST API, React/Angular knowledge
- Bachelor's Degree from an accredited College or University
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future

- State Enrollment Medicaid background
- Ability to lead development teams and guide them in adopting best practices.
- Strong mentorship and coaching skills.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities to address complex technical challenges.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills to interact with stakeholders, including non-technical teams.
- Experience working in cross-functional teams and managing stakeholder expectations
