Deloitte Consulting LLP seeks a Consulting, Manager in Seattle, Washington and various unanticipated Deloitte office locations and client sites nationally.
Work You’ll Do
Manage information technology projects, including data cleansing and conversions, interface design/development, and systems development life cycle for the development of Cloud-based technologies. Coordinate end-to-end journey from On-Premise to Cloud by leading the design and development within the following focus areas: Cloud messaging, ground-to-Cloud connectivity, Cloud Strategy, Op Model Transformation, Cloud Development, Cloud Integration & APIs, Cloud Migration, Cloud Infrastructure & Engineering, and Cloud Managed Services. Coordinate various aspects of the full software development life cycle, which includes requirements gathering, application configuration design, business process analysis, scripting, code deployments, enhancement validation, triage of defects and change requests, escalations and urgent issues. Perform role of counselor and coach; actively participate in staff recruitment and retention activities; provide leadership and support for delivery teams and staff. Serve as a technical liaison between the business, project team and developers/testers; and work with IT infrastructure teams to deploy and maintain applications.
• 50% Travel required nationally.

Requirements
Master’s degree or foreign equivalent in Business Administration, any STEM field, or a related field. Must have 3 years of related work experience in the job offered or in a related occupation. In the alternative, the employer will accept a Bachelor’s degree (or foreign equivalent) and 5 years of progressive related work experience. Position requires 3 years of related work experience in each of the following:
• Utilizing Salesforce, MuleSoft, Agile methodology, Microsoft (MS) Azure DevOps, and Apache Ant to manage design and development for for Cloud messaging, ground-to-Cloud connectivity, Cloud Strategy, Op Model Transformation, Cloud Development, Cloud Integration & APIs, Cloud Migration, Cloud Infrastructure & Engineering, and Cloud Managed Services;
• Working with technical teams in order to architect, build and deploy multi-cloud Saleforce and Mulesoft to support enterprise clients;
• Defining, tracking, and measuring overall department performance and metrics, creating project charters, schedules, and plans, defining project tasks, allocating resources and monitoring project progress utilizing MS Project, Azure Devops, and IBM Rational Team Concert (RTM);
• Defining systems strategy and support procedures, developing systems requirements, designing, prototyping, testing, training, and implementing technology solutions using Salesforce, HP Application Lifecycle Management (ALM), MS Project, Azure DevOps, and MuleSoft;
• Developing data migration plans from legacy platforms to private and public cloud platforms, including Salesforce and Dataloader;
• Working with teams in designing solutions within cloud infrastructures using Agile methodology and Azure DevOps, IBM RTC, and HP ALM; and
• Coordinating the development, communication, and implementation of organizations’ DevOps capabilities, including continuous integration, continuous test automation, continuous delivery pipelines, and application monitoring, using Apache Ant, IBM RTC, Selenium, and Azure DevOps.

Annual Salary: $146,994.00-$241,000.00
