The Rookie Program

Do you have what it takes to make an impact?!  Join the Under Armour Rookie (internship) Program: 

• Start date 1st of February ‘25 until 30th of June ‘25

In order to be eligible for an internship you must be: 

• Enrolled in a Dutch University (not on-line) in a Bachelor or a Master for the entire duration of the program (full 5 months) AND be an EU citizen passport holder OR a Non-EU Citizen studying in the Netherlands (Internship should be then a mandatory part of your curriculum).

Purpose of Role

Join our dynamic DTC Supply Chain team as we seek an innovative and results-driven individual to enhance our fulfillment service level across Retail and digital selling channels. In this role, you will analyze current processes, identify gaps, and implement data-driven solutions using UA technology tools. This includes migration of reporting to Tableau, and ensuring our operations team has the tools they need for proactive management. Additionally, you will collaborate on strategic projects aimed at improving customer experience and operational efficiency. If you are passionate about driving change and making an impact, this role might be for you! Your contributions will directly shape the future of our supply chain.

Your Impact

• Analyze Operations: Assess daily fulfillment operations to identify inefficiencies and gaps in service, providing actionable insights to enhance DTC Supply Chain processes.
• Root Cause Analysis: Implement methodologies to diagnose operational challenges, communicating findings and proposed solutions clearly to stakeholders for effective decision-making.
• Reporting Migration: Oversee the migration of DTC Supply Chain reports to Tableau, creating new visualizations and automating alerts for proactive fulfillment management.
• Project Collaboration: Work with cross-functional teams on strategic initiatives, ensuring timely execution of DTC Supply Chain FY25 objectives like new store openings and return improvements.
• Performance Monitoring: Develop a framework for monitoring performance and incorporating team feedback, refining reporting and strategies to optimize fulfillment operations continuously

Qualifications

• Great communication skills and ability to collaborate in an international context
• Strong Analytical and Problem-Solving ability
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite, especially MS Excel
• Experience with analytics tools like Tableau, PowerBI or other
• Background knowledge or experience in Supply Chain, Operations, Retail or Analytics
• Strong English language skills both verbal and written

Education and Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Logistics Management and/or Analytical Field
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite, Analytics tools like Tableau, Powerbase or other.
• SAP FMS knowledge will be considered as advantage.
