Work you’ll do:

  • Consult with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to prepare new or changes to existing product documentation, manuals, SOPs, etc.
  • Produce and/or edit highly technical documentation. Consolidate technical inputs and analyses to produce a logical understandable document.
  • Perform content management functions such as document organization using a central repository.
  • May oversee the efforts of less junior staff and/or be responsible for the efforts of all staff assigned to a specific job.

Qualifications 

Required : 

  • Master's Degree and 10 years of experience OR Bachelor’s Degree and 18 years of experience required
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future
  • Active Secret security clearance required
  • Must be local to the Colorado Springs, CO area and able to come onsite to Colorado Springs, CO. 
  • 10-18+ years of experience with technical writing including technical editing, proofreading, copy editing, etc. 
  • 10- 18+ years of experience with developing technical documentation including test plans, reports, and briefing materials.
  • 10- 18+ years of experience with document editing, structure, and logic flow for both technical and non-technical audiences.
The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Deloitte, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $107,658 to $ 179,431.

You may also be eligible to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program, subject to the rules governing the program, whereby an award, if any, depends on various factors, including, without limitation, individual and organizational performance.
