Work you’ll do
- Lead client initiatives, ensuring compliance with legislative requirements and driving impactful outcomes
- Lead Contact Center modernization workstreams
- Deliver complex projects on time and within budget with efficiency and attention to detail
- Quantitative and qualitative analysis and evaluation
- Promote health education and awareness through evidence-based practices
- Oversee and mentor project team members
- Consult directly with the client and provide client-specific subject matter expertise to cross-functional groups

Serving federal, state, & local government clients as well as public higher education institutions, our team of over 15,000+ professionals brings fresh perspective to help clients anticipate disruption, reimagine the possible, and fulfill their mission promise.
In Customer Strategy & Design we elevate the Human Experience. We help clients and account teams design innovative services and human experiences. A few examples of how we achieve this is by conducting ethnographic research, service blueprinting, and surveying customer segmentations.
Qualifications
Required:
- Bachelor’s degree required in Public Health, Health Sciences, or other related field
- 10+ years of experience working in the public health industry and/or consulting for federal health clients
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future
- Must be able to obtain and maintain the required clearance for this role
- Ability to travel 20 - 50%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve
Preferred:
- Master's degree in Public Health, Health Sciences, or other related field
- Government Consulting Experience
- Experience leading the development and administration of Clinical Contact Centers
- The creativity to solve challenging problems and the agility to adapt to new information or changing market conditions

This compensation range is specific to Colorado and takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. At Deloitte, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $151,800 to $253,000.
You may also be eligible to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program, subject to the rules governing the program, whereby an award, if any, depends on various factors, including, without limitation, individual and organizational performance.
