Occupational Summary
Performs complex duties in support of the NCCTS Product Development and Technical team. Coordinates and implements education/training for technology and software related products for the Network and National Center.
Work Performed
Manages, supports and provides guidance for tech projects and initiatives (e.g. Airtable, MS Teams, etc.).
Assesses and evaluates process measures, Center and staff technology needs, in order to make recommendations, plan, and facilitate technology/software trainings and support that meet staff and Center needs.
Designs, manages and implements technology strategies and planning, for the UCLA/Duke Technology team initiatives, including the monitoring and execution for live webinars, live and virtual event recordings and support.
Partners with Network members and Center staff to manage accessibility-enabling functions for all NCCTS-wide events.
Coordinates and manages Network information systems by collaborating with Center and Network members to collect, organize and maintain information, to meet NCCTS goals.
Provides recommendations and researches and executes solutions for continuous improvement of information systems processes.
Administers and provides technical support for all software applications (e.g. Office 365 and Basecamp)
Manages, executes and distributes analytics reporting for the National Center.
Performs other related duties incidental to the work described herein.
Education/Training:
Work requires communication and analytical skills normally acquired through a 4-year college education.
Experience:
Work requires a general knowledge of research methods, procedures and activities normally acquired through 1 year of social science research experience. OR AN EQUIVALENT COMBINATION OF RELEVANT EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE
Skills:
- Strong organizational, coordination, project management and prioritization skills.
- Excellent computer skills, including intermediate to advanced experience with Airtable, BaseCamp, MS Teams, Office 365, and live webinar support.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including editing skills. Strong interpersonal communication skills.
- Must be dependable and able to multi-task. Able to work independently and problem solve.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Data entry experience.
