Position Highlights | The Ryan White program, a federally funded HIV clinic housed under the University of Arizona’s Division of Infectious Diseases, is seeking applicants for an Administrative Support Assistant II to support activities and functions of the program. This individual should be able to prioritize competing demands and work diligently under pressure. The Administrative Support Assistant II incumbent will have a high degree of attention to detail and will be skilled at incorporating new and effective ways to achieve better results. The ideal candidate has strong written and verbal communication skills and is proficient with word processing applications. They should also demonstrate compassion and discretion in addressing the unique challenges of people with HIV. This position may be eligible for a hybrid work week flexible work arrangement in conversation with the supervisor.
