Work you’ll do
- Implement and configure the Workday Finance Grants Management module to meet organizational needs.
- Provide ongoing support and maintenance for the Workday Finance Grants Management module.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to grants management within Workday.
- Perform regular system audits to ensure data integrity and compliance.
- Develop and deliver training sessions for end-users on the Workday Finance Grants Management module.
- Create and maintain comprehensive documentation, including user guides and process manuals.
- Identify opportunities to streamline and optimize grants management processes within Workday.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to implement best practices and improve efficiency.
- Generate and analyze reports related to grants management.
- Provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis to support decision-making.
- Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and organizational policies.
- Support internal and external audits related to grants management.

The Emerging ERP Solutions practice helps implement cloud-based Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) applications such as Workday Financials and Infor. Teams support finance and supply-chain transformations where the software is a true enabler of process change and cost reduction.
Qualifications
Required:
- Bachelor’s degree.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in Workday Financials, with a focus on grants management.
- 2 years implementing and supporting the Workday Finance Grants Management module.
- Ability to travel 25%, on average, based on work requirements and client industries/sectors served.
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future.
Preferred:
- Advanced degree in a related field.
- Experience with other financial management systems.
- Project management experience.
