Responsibilities 

We are seeking a passionate and motivated Customer Success Associate to join our team. As a key player in our organization, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional support and ensuring the success of our valued customers.

This highly-capable person will excel in several areas:

1. Assist in the smooth onboarding process for new customers. 
2. Provide prompt and professional support to our customers through various channels.
3. Address general inquiries, specific technical issues, and product-related questions. Guide customers in optimizing their platform experience.
4. Create informative written content to educate users about our offerings and features.
5. Regularly engage with customers to understand their goals, challenges, and feedback. Proactively identify opportunities to enhance satisfaction and promote long-term success.
6. Analyze, summarize and convey customer feedback and key insights to management. Actively participate in brainstorming sessions for product improvements and development of new features.
7. Create and maintain comprehensive documentation, FAQs, and knowledge base articles.
8. Work closely with the product and engineering teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.

Skills

• Demonstrated experience in a customer-facing role, with a focus on delivering exceptional support and building strong relationships.
• Material knowledge of the Bitcoin industry and related technologies.
• Excellent communication skills in English (both written and verbal). Spanish a plus.
• Empathetic, patient, and solution-oriented mindset 
• Ability to think critically and solve problems effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management abilities.
• Ability to work in a global, asynchronous environment
• Familiarity with customer support tools and software is a plus.
