Sales Representative - Mining Equipment and Services

Position Overview 

We're seeking motivated sales professionals to join our team in a 100% commission-based role. This position offers unlimited earning potential for individuals who are passionate about sales and the mining industry. 

Key Responsibilities 

- Identify and develop new business opportunities for colocation & equipment sales within the mining sector as well as potential AI & HPC colocation clients 

- Build and maintain relationships with mining companies and contractors for strategic partnerships and referrals 

- Conduct product demonstrations, comparisons & return calculations, and coordinate site visits with the team 

- Negotiate contracts and close deals 

- Provide detailed reporting on sales activities and market feedback 

- Represent Abundant Mines at industry trade shows and events 

- Collaborate with our technical team to provide solutions-based proposals for large custom clients 

Required Qualifications 

- Proven track record in B2B or high ticket B2C sales, preferably in mining or heavy equipment, or investments more broadly 

- Strong understanding of mining operations and equipment (preferred) 

- Strong personal network of potential clients/investors (recommended) 

- Excellent negotiation and communication skills 

- Self-motivated with ability to work independently 

- Strong prospecting and closing abilities 

Compensation Structure 

- 100% Commission-based compensation on a per-unit basis with varying tiers 

- Uncapped earning potential (minimum $90K-$150K of immediately available commission to close by end of year with machine sales alone) 

- Commission paid on equipment sales and hosting 

- Performance bonuses for exceeding targets (additional commissions, paid vacations, etc.)
